As per Section 43(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 the Agency do offer third party procurement services as stipulated in the Act. Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Local Government Authorities (LGAs) and Public Institutions with conditions spelled out in the Act can require this service from Agency. The Agency is well established in terms of human resources, knowledge, expertise and experience to help the public institutions their procurement requirement in order to facilitate their core business functions in cost effective manner.
