The Agency is mandated of ensuring availability of adequate and quality procurement services to the Government and Non Government institutions as stipulated in the Public Procurement Act Cap 410. The referred above services includes quality office supplies (stationeries) and fuel (Petrol and Diesel) for motor vehicles, motor cycles and plants. Both of the two services can be obtained from the Agency regional offices which are located throughout the country for Tanzania mainland except for fuel which is available for twenty two regional offices.

For fuel services are provided seven days a week from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm including national and public holidays in all regional offices that provides fuel services except for Geita, Simiyu and Njombe where the Agency is in the process of establishment of infrastructure for providing the service. For quality office supplies the service is provided five days a week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
