Client Service Charter
The Agency developed the client's service charter purposely to improve the awareness of the availability and quality of the services offered to its customers. This developed charter will provide an opportunity to our stakeholders to understand what we commit ourselves to do, how to contact us, what to expect by way of service standards, and how to seek a remedy if something goes wrong. We also believe that the charter will provide guidance to our stakeholders to claim their existing rights and it will also provide transparent mechanisms for contact, complaints and accessibility.
